     This is Capillary's fifth acquisition globally and second in the United States, in line with its efforts to expand into the North America market. In the past the company had acquired US-based customer experience firm Persuade; machine learning startup Ruaha Labs, and digital commerce solutions provider MartJack.

     The company's latest acquisition is a customer experience firm called Persuade. Persuade is based in the United States and has been in business for over two years. Persuade's mission is to help companies improve the customer experience by identifying and resolving customer issues.

     The company also has a machine learning startup called Ruaha Labs. Ruaha Labs is a four-person startup that is focused on developing machine learning algorithms that can be used to improve the accuracy of predictions.

     Finally, Capillary acquired a digital commerce solutions provider called MartJack. MartJack is a Canadian company that provides e-commerce solutions to small and medium-sized businesses.

     These acquisitions are all part of Capillary's goal of expanding its presence in the North American market. By acquiring these companies, Capillary is able to improve its customer experience and provide better e-commerce solutions to businesses in North America.
