The Ulster champions made a brilliant start to Saturday's quarter-final clash and Fermanagh, despite Che Cullen's brace in the second half, never got close to the Oak Leafers.
The home side started brightly and created a few chances, but it was the Ulster side that looked the most dangerous.
They created a number of chances through Conor Murray, who was causing all sorts of problems for the Fermanagh defence.
However, it was the home side that took the lead just before the half-hour mark.
Fermanagh goalkeeper, Darren Quigley, failed to hold onto a cross from the right and the ball fell to Murray, who fired home from close range.
The home side went in at the break with a lead, but Ulster were not going to let them hold on to the lead for long.
Just after the restart, Cullen scored what proved to be the winner.
He took the ball from inside his own half and raced up the left wing, before cutting inside and firing a powerful shot past Quigley.
Fermanagh pulled one back just before the hour mark.
David Burke headed in a cross from the right and it looked like the home side would take the lead, but Ulster hit back just a few minutes later.
Murray found himself in space on the right wing and he fired a powerful shot past Quigley.
The home side had chances to level, but they never really looked like they could get back into the game.
Ulster held on to win the game and progress to the semi-final.
