Kelli Giddish is set to return as Amanda Rollins in both Law & Order: SVU and Law & Order: Organized Crime. Deadline confirmed Tuesday. She will appear in the Season 24 finale of SVU and the penultimate episode of OC‘s Season 3. Giddish said in August that she’d be leaving the Law & Order-verse, with the final episode airing in May 2019.
“I’m so grateful to have been a part of this incredible franchise for the past 24 seasons,” Giddish said in a statement. “I’ve loved playing Amanda Rollins and I’m excited to see what the future holds for her.”
Giddish’s final episode of SVU will air on May 19th. Her final episode of OC will air on May 25th.
Giddish first appeared as Amanda Rollins on SVU in the Season 15 episode “The Burning Bed” and reprised the role in the Season 16 episode “The Betrayal.” She also appeared in the Season 22 episode “The Return” and the Season 23 episode “The Escape.”
Giddish will next appear in the Season 24 finale of SVU and the penultimate episode of OC.
