Mets fans love Kodai Senga's strikeouts, so much so one fan made ghost signs to commemorate each of them, but the fun didn't last too long.

Kodai Senga is a rookie pitcher for the Mets and he's quickly becoming a fan favorite. His strikeouts are amazing and it's easy to see why.

One Mets fan decided to commemorate each of Kodai's strikeouts by creating ghost signs. But the fun didn't last too long.

Kodai's first ghost sign was created after he struck out the side in his first game. Unfortunately, the sign was quickly taken down.

But the next day, Kodai struck out the side again and this time, the fan managed to hang the sign up. However, it wasn't long before it was taken down again.

The third and final ghost sign was created after Kodai struck out the side in his third game. This time, the sign stayed up for a little longer.

But it was eventually taken down again.

It's unclear why the fan decided to create the ghost signs, but they seem to have been a bit of a joke. Kodai seems to be enjoying the attention and he's not too bothered by the signs.

But the fun seems to have only lasted for a short while. Kodai's next stop is the big leagues and he'll be looking to continue his amazing strikeout record.
