Soccer Laduma, the world’s oldest football tournament, is set to kick off on Thursday with a host of exciting matchups. Here are some of the features that fans can look forward to this year:
-The opening ceremony will be held at the National Stadium, with performances by popular singers and dancers.
-The tournament will be contested in a round-robin format, with the top two teams from each group proceeding to the knockout stage.
-The opening match will see defending champions and hosts Uganda take on Zambia.
-The tournament will come to a close on Sunday with the final match between hosts Uganda and the winners of the group stage matches between Zambia and Congo.
