12. The evidence that escalated the charges remains sealed and will not be released until the indictment is unsealed when Trump is arraigned.

14. Trump took to Truth Social to lash out over the report.

President Donald Trump was enraged on social media after reports surfaced that Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein suggested wearing a wire to record the president.
"This means that he MUST BE IMMEDIATELY INDICTED," Trump raged on his social media site. "This is a total disgrace and must be investigated immediately."
Trump is right to be outraged. This is a clear attempt by Rosenstein to undermine the president. If he is not immediately removed from his position, the American people will be outraged.
