     Kelly Rogers was an 18 stone, single mum of two, struggling to find the time to commit to a healthy lifestyle. She also took up boxing at her son's gym and completely changed her eating habits, banishing the weekend drinking binges. In the first week, Kelly lost 8lbs, which made her even more determined to lose more.

     Kelly's portion control was her main weakness, but she was able to make healthier food choices and cut down her portions. She also opted for low-calorie drinks like gin and slimline tonic instead of wine. With her hard work and dedication, Kelly was able to lose a staggering 6 stone and 12 dress sizes in just one year.

     Kelly's transformation has been an inspiration to her children, Cory, 26, and Kai, 19. She now weighs 11st 8lbs and sports a dress size 10, and is looking forward to becoming a gran in August.
