The Adani Group, one of India's leading business conglomerates, recently announced the launch of a Rs 60,000 crore corpus for corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities. The corpus, which was announced last year, is set to be used for a technology-led healthcare ecosystem. Group Chairman Gautam Adani made the announcement on the eve of his 61st birthday, expressing his excitement about the possibilities of the integrated platform that his team is working on.

The Adani family committed to a multiyear, multi-dimensional program in June last year, donating to a range of social causes such as healthcare, education, and skill development. Adani expressed his confidence in the project, saying that the planning for the healthcare ecosystem was already in full swing. He also thanked his employees for their support, citing the company's strong financial performance in the past year despite negative reports.

The Adani Group also launched the 'Jeetenge Hum' campaign in association with the heroes of the 1983 World Cup-winning team, to show support to the Indian cricket team for the ICC ODI Cricket World Cup 2023. The campaign encourages Indian cricket fans to unite as one and rally behind the Indian team on various media outlets. Adani said that cricket is a binding force in India, and that Team India must have had resilience and perseverance to win the World Cup in 1983.

The Adani Group's Rs 60,000 crore CSR corpus is a major step towards improving the lives of people in India. The technology-led healthcare ecosystem is set to push cutting-edge technology across all medical processes, build deep research and data-driven capabilities to increase the exposure of healthcare professionals, and provide better access to healthcare services. The campaign launched in association with the heroes of the 1983 World Cup-winning team is also a great way to show support to the Indian cricket team and rally behind them for the upcoming World Cup.
