This month, Salt & Straw is featuring an Upcycled Food Series, highlighting partners committed to reducing food waste in the U.S. and certified by the Upcycled Food Association.

     In addition to Salt & Straw, Los Gatos also has the Darla Café, The Tasting House, and the Cielo rooftop bar at the Hotel Valencia. At Darla Café, visitors can find a variety of American and Asian fusion dishes, with Japanese, Thai and Hawaiian influences. The Tasting House has transformed the former cheese, chocolate and gift shop into a cozy Champagne Bar, featuring grower Champagnes, club Champagnes and iconic Champagne houses. Cielo offers stunning views of the sunset and a menu of cocktails, caviar, oysters, crab, pomme frites, artisanal cheeses, salads, Boujee Tater Tots, and truffle grilled cheese on Manresa bread.

     Eataly Silicon Valley’s Terra, the only rooftop restaurant in San Jose, is also now serving weekend brunch. Menu highlights include Frittata Funghi e Zucchine, Spaghetti alla Carbonara, and other delicious Italian dishes.
