Revamped Tapaz Restaurant and Bar Offers a New Experience in Bolton

The town centre of Bolton has recently undergone a makeover with the popular Tapaz Restaurant and Bar receiving a much needed revamp. Owner Tiago Silva has been running the restaurant since 2015 and has been making changes each year to ensure that his customers have the best experience possible. This year’s revamp included new panelling at the bar, more space for dancing during live performances, and more benches to give customers a better view of the restaurant.
Tiago Silva moved to Bolton 14 years ago and has made it his home ever since. He is inspired by his Portuguese heritage and serves Mediterranean cuisine. He has been putting on events for a while, however, this year he is making them more consistent. These events have included Brazilian and Latino nights, playing South American music and making people feel like they are on holiday.
The restaurant also caters for all dietary requirements with halal chicken and beef options, vegan and vegetarian choices, and mocktails and cocktails. The menus are changed every six months and the drinks menu is changed yearly.
Tiago has taken customer feedback on board over the years and is continuing to make changes to ensure that his customers have the best experience possible. He said: “We have been putting events on for a while, but not as consistent. People like to feel like they are on holiday and it is something that Bolton doesn’t have and something Bolton needs.”
The newly revamped Tapaz Restaurant and Bar is now open and ready to welcome customers. With its pet, family, and children friendly atmosphere, it is the perfect place to enjoy a meal and take in the new look.
