     When asked about whether she still rules out surgery, Kim replied, "I probably said that in my 40s! I’m in my 60s now, and I’m all about battling aging in every way I can." She went on to explain that there are a variety of treatments available now, including fillers and Botox, that can help combat the signs of aging.

     Kim also shared her thoughts on having a plastic surgeon who is the right fit for you. She recounted a story of visiting a plastic surgeon's office with a friend who wanted surgery, and she noticed that all the women in the waiting room looked like the surgeon's girlfriend.

     "I thought, this is what he does, he does this woman," she said. "But I want to look like the best version of myself. So, whatever I can do — because thankfully, I have funds to do so."

     Kim also shared that looking after yourself professionally is a factor in her decision to explore plastic surgery. “It’s not just a vanity thing,” she said. “I play a certain kind of woman who looks a certain kind of way. And professionally, I am looking after myself.”

     Finally, when asked about her neck, Kim offered a unique solution: "You know what? I have fantastic light here. If you don’t know anything about lighting, you should learn. Go to the light."
