     Fran Mineo is bringing his dreams to life by turning his hometown of Brigg into a zombie apocalypse. The Brigg born man is using a number of locations in Northern Lincolnshire to help shoot his upcoming movie, which follows a mysterious man trying to get to a location before midnight during a zombie apocalypse. Fran hopes to get enough people involved so he can take over Brigg with them and give local people the opportunity to become a zombie for the day.

     Fran's movie is based off other projects he'd done in the past, and he hopes to expand the idea, utilising his home town. He said: "I've always thought it would be a great place for this sort of project and with enough extras I think it would look great. With the architecture and the background of the night sky it would be fantastic."

     Fran is looking for people to help turn Brigg into a zombie apocalypse and is hoping to give some students work experience in any way he can, whether that's as zombies or part of the crew. He added: "We just want to give people opportunities that they wouldn't normally get." The main shoot will take place on Sunday, 29 October, however the team will be filming around the town throughout the month.

Fran is not really nervous about the shoot, just excited to see something of this scale come to Brigg. He said: "I've done something similar before but I would like to double if not triple the size of the zombies this time."
