Individuals who have successfully cleared the TS ICET 2023 examination and have attained a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in their degree or equivalent exam (45% for candidates belonging to non-OC categories) are eligible to participate in the counselling process. In the case of minority candidates who meet the eligibility criteria but did not appear for the exam, they will be considered for any remaining seats. However, it's important to note that they will not be eligible for the fee reimbursement scheme.

The freezing of options will take place on September 24 and the provisional allotment of seats will be done on or before September 28. The payment of tuition fees and self-reporting through the website will take place from September 28 to 30 and the candidates will have to report at the allotted college from September 29 to 30.
