Keeping your legs straight, bring your hands and toes up towards the ceiling to touch each other, so you are balancing on your lower back. Lower down, then tap your hands and feet to the floor. Repeat three sets of ten, three times a week.
Squats
Squats are a great way to strengthen your glutes and core muscles, and can be done anywhere. To do a squat, stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your arms out in front of you. Bend your knees and lower your body as if you were sitting in a chair. Keep your back straight and your core engaged. Hold the position for a few seconds, then slowly rise back up. Repeat this exercise three sets of ten, three times a week.
Planks are a great way to build core strength and stability. To do a plank, start in a push-up position with your arms straight and your feet together. Bend your elbows and lower your forearms to the floor. Hold the position for 30 seconds, then slowly rise back up. Repeat this exercise three sets of ten, three times a week.
