RAKEZ Launches In-House Medical Fitness Centre to Simplify Visa Journey for Clients and Community Members

Ras Al Khaimah, 8 November 2023 – Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ) announced the opening of its in-house medical centre at RAKEZ Service Centre – Al Hamra, to provide all members of the community a one-stop solution for medical fitness examination for the UAE residence visas. The centre aims to simplify the visa journey for clients and community members by providing a comprehensive range of services including medical fitness, biometric services and visa typing services.
Inaugurated by Sheikh Mohammed bin Humaid Al Qasimi, Managing Director of RAKEZ, the medical fitness centre was attended by representatives from Emirates Health Services, the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs & Port Security, RAK Chamber, and the Department of Economic Development of Ras Al Khaimah, in addition to strategic partners and clients.

The centre is staffed by a team of dedicated medical experts from the Emirates Health Services and professionals from Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs & Port. The medical centre is operational from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
